Planning Applications: Pushing Boundaries with Confidence

At this stage, the site or building’s potential is clear, and your preferred options are locked in.

If Planning Consent or Change of use is required, we’ll prepare everything and present a strong case to the planners. We don’t submit applications without merit, but we’re all about pushing boundaries and making your case heard.

By now, you'll have a clear picture of the project and a solid understanding of your chances for success.

The Handover (but not Goodbye)

At this stage, we hand the project over—to you, your builder, or a Quantity Surveyor—to move into the construction phase. But we don’t just walk away. If you need further design input or guidance, we’re here to make sure the vision stays on track.

If a Quantity Surveyor is the right fit, we’ll help you find, appoint, and brief them. They can assist in sourcing contractors, securing a fair price, and monitoring the construction works—so your project stays on time, on budget, and true to the design.
